The month of November has seen a stable and balanced market of home sales in Loudoun County, with modest price gains and slightly longer days on market.
The median sales price was $745,000, a 2% increase year-over-year, and homes were on the market for an average of 42 days. That number is up from 32 days in 2024. While overall activity was steady, luxury homes continued to perform well, and buyers were more serious and qualified.
Fairfax County's housing market had a healthy rebound in November with a notable increase in sales volume from the previous year. The average sales price of $897,994 represents a 4.8% increase from 2024, driven by a strong October with 1,027 homes sold.
